Internationalising AYM to France

Developed an internationalisation strategy for sustainability and ethics focused brand AYM. Internationalised the brand from the UK to France through analysing both the domestic and new marketing using various theories such as push and pull factors and Ansoff Matrix. Considered entry methods and barriers to entry in a detailed internationalisation plan before visualising the written report in a static and animated infographic poster.
